Orders
Most of our floral products are
handmade as the order is placed. Since they are
handmade, they may vary slightly from the depicted
photographs. However, we make every effort to make
them as close as possible to how we have them pictured.
Orders are generally made and shipped in 3-5 business days.
In some cases orders may take longer depending on volume or
whether we have stock on hand. Normally we have all
materials on hand, but from time to time, we do run out of
stock. If your order is going to be exceptionally
delayed we will email you with the reason and the expected
ship date.
Shipping
Orders
may be shipped by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days and UPS Ground 4-6
days depending on your location. We determine which method is a more viable
option on an order by order basis. We will send you an
email when your order has shipped. It will let you know how it
was shipped and a tracking number if available. Shipping
times are not guaranteed.
Because most items need to be shipped individually, the
shipping charges are as follows: For the first item is
$8.95. For each additional item up to 5, it is an additional
$5.00 for each item. Between 5-10 items it is a flat
charge of $28.95. For orders of 11 items or more,
please contact us prior to ordering to make arrangements.

are from Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for applicable

All credit card transactions placed on
the website are processed though Paypal. We accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You
can also pay with an eCheck or your Paypal account. We use
Paypal because it offers 100% protection against
unauthorized charges and they handle your secure financial

can take your order over the phone.
Returns/Damages
We want our customers to be 100
percent satisfied with our products.
If for any reason you are not, let us know with in 3
days for a return authorization.
We will return 100% of the purchase price excluding
original shipping and handling.
Refunds will be given once product is received in
original packaging and condition.
Customer is responsible for returning merchandise and
shipping costs.
Although
shipping damage is rare, it does happen occasionally.
If your merchandise arrives in poor condition due to
shipping please let us know with in 3 days.
We can make arrangements to ship out a replacement or
authorize a return.
Replacements or Returns will be issued once original
product is received.
Customer is responsible for returning merchandise and
shipping costs.
